Students at Summit built a multi-faceted garden this year, including four raised garden beds, in-ground gardening, and container gardening. The Knights’ Council is made up of students who demonstrate exceptional behavior and leadership. Recently, members of the Knights’ Council enjoyed a couple of fun fieldtrips, including a visit to Eracers to complete a round of mini golf!! Summer time, fun time!
